libertas 8385 firmware

I have troble with this firmware. When I try to connect to AP there is a
bug.

"BUG: Spinlock lockup on CPU#0, lbs_spi_thread/644, d1602458"

I don't know is it firmware or libertas bug, can someone explain this?

Maybe there is addonal information you need?
