SD8686 firmware version 10

I have the ability to grab the firmware from Marvell's Extranet and push
it externally, but if you have an Extranet account, you can probably get
the firmware yourself there too.

Looks like I only have v10 firmware for the 8688 though.  Not 8686.  You
might ask the OLPC folks if they have some, or else you may even be able
to grab it from their development images.
