SD8686 firmware version 10

Hello,

over the last months several patches have been sent over this
mailing-list that refer to SD8686 firmware version 10.38.1. While I have
been able to locate firmware versions 8 and 9 in the linux-firmware
repository and on the Marvell web-site, I have not been able to download
firmware version 10 anywhere. Is this version publically available
somewhere? If not, what is needed to get access to it?
