[PATCH 0/2] build: embed git-commit-id in configure script and make autogen.sh script more robust

To patches for building libnl.

I would like to add the second one, becaues it's useful to embed the
git commit id in the source tarball itself. With this change, there
will be a line "LIBNL_GIT_SHA=" in the generated configure script.
