[patch 0/2] netfilter/ct: add unsupported optional attributes

Hi,

what follows are two small extensions to netfilter/ct I find helpful
in my programs.

The first patch adds support for the optional CTA_TIMESTAMP attribute,
which gives exact start/stop times with nanosecond resolution once
activated.  The 2nd patch adds support for the CTA_ZONE attribute,
which records the 16bit conntrack zone ID.

Please check, especially whether header file
include/netlink-private/netlink.h the correct place to define
NSEC_PER_SEC.
