associate timeout oid

Hi all,

Is it possible to change the value of association timeout in sd8686 module?
I think the default value is around 550 ~ 600 ms, it's too long for my
application.
It seems that "SNMP_MIB_OID_ASSOC_TIMEOUT (0x0004)" can't take effect on
v9+ firmware.
Sometimes I got error return code 0x0002 when sd8686 tried to associate an
AP with unknown reason.
That's why I want to adjust the association timeout.
