Is there a lab tool for libertas?

Yes thats right. Libertas doesn't have any iwpriv commands needed to
do this. You need to export getrxant, setrxant and regrdwr from
Marvell's GPL or proprietary driver to libertas fro your tests or you
can ask Marvell to support it. BTW, what chipset you are using?
SD8686?
