sd8686 frimware 9.70 doesn't work on some devices

Hi guys,

We are in mass production mode and I found after I used sd8686 firmware 9.70 some devices(about 50%) doesn't work.
The firmware can be successfully loaded but I got "No scan result" when I use "iwlist eth0 scan".


I roll back to firmware 8.73. It works for almost all devices.
It is very weird.

My configuration:
i.MX31 3stack
Linux 2.6.26 with freescale patches, and upgrade libertas to 2.6.28.
SDIO
sd8686 (88W8686)

Any ideas?
