Libertas firmware

Hi,

I've gotten the final sign-off to push the following Marvell firmware to
the linux-firmware git tree.  We now have standard firmware which we can
point the drivers at, and use as a baseline for debugging issues that
might be firmware related.

Going forward, we'll work to ensure that the driver works correctly with
the standard firmware.  The first question usually asked is "what
firmware version", which will now be replaced by "does this happen with
the standard firmware" :)
