Last time I knew, the userspace tool _was_ working.

Although we'd stripped out the support from the kernel driver ages ago
and wrote libertas-flash.py, Michail for some reason told Marvell to put
it back into the driver instead of updating libertas-flash.py as they
should have done -- but we _fixed_ that back in January when I was in
Mongolia and had active antennae to update, didn't we?

I'm a bit confused that we're having the same discussion _again_.
