CF8381

Hi,
I was finally able to get CF8381 working at least. For now I have to enable 
wifi in palmos and then boot. Seems like the firmware cant be loaded by the 
driver yet. The only change to the driver as adding CardID 0x02db 0x6064 and 
commenting out loading of real firmware.
